Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to apply, plus why Snug makes the process easier for you.

Step 1: Access Snug

There are two easy ways to start your application:

• Online – Visit the Flemings website and click “Apply Now” on any property listing.
• In person – Visit our office and scan the QR code at the front desk.

Either option will take you directly to Snug.

Step 2: Gather Your Documents

To complete your application, you’ll need to upload a few key documents:

• Proof of identity (e.g. driver’s licence, passport)
• Proof of income (e.g. payslips, bank statements)
• Proof of employment (e.g. employer letter, contract)
• Rental references or past tenancy references

Remember: every adult over 18 applying for the property must complete their own application.

Step 3: Create Your Application

Snug will guide you through the process step by step. You’ll only need to create your application once, and then you can reuse it for any property listed on Snug.

Step 4: Submit Your Application

Once your application is ready, submit it directly through Snug. It will be sent straight to the property manager for that listing, who will then forward it to the landlord for consideration.
