Richard Fleming is the Director of Rural at Flemings Property Services, overseeing all rural property transactions across the Flemings branches in Boorowa, Harden, Cootamundra, Young, and Cowra.

Originally from Ireland, Richie moved to Australia in 2011 with plans to travel and work for a year. However, after spending 18 months working on a broad-acre farm in Come-By-Chance, he fell in love with Australia decided to make it his new home.

Richie joined Flemings in 2016 and has held various roles in that time, including Sales, Office Director, and Director of Marketing. However, his passion for working with rural vendors, combined with his extensive knowledge of rural property, has led him to take on the role of Director of Rural.

Outside of work, Richie enjoys spending time with his young family and actively participating in his local communities of Harden and Boorowa.
