Allison is the Associate Director of Business at Flemings. She joined the team in March 2020 as a Property Manager in Cootamundra. She then took on an Office Director’s role in Young when Flemings acquired the business from Stuart Norton in 2021.

Prior to joining the Flemings team, Allison worked in the Real Estate industry in Newcastle specialising in Property Management, allowing her to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Allison and her family recently relocated to the Central Coast and are loving the change in pace that coastal living has to offer.

Allison now works remotely, turning her focus to managing the financial performance of the business, alongside Director of Business – Justin. She assists to develop and implement effective strategies to drive the company’s overall growth and success.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
